ND Burns is the Chief Operations Officer of Artscapes and Co-Owner of Two Quirky Crafts, where she blends over a decade of friendship, professional experience, and a deep love for creativity into her leadership. She met Erik in Georgia more than ten years ago, and they quickly bonded over a shared passion for art. Now both based in Texas, their connection has evolved into a business partnership grounded in trust, vision, and artistic growth.

ND is an accomplished HR and operations professional with over seven years of experience in project management, employee relations, and organizational development. She has held key roles at companies like Keurig Dr Pepper and New York Life, where she specialized in managing complex processes, streamlining systems, and delivering meaningful employee support. Her ability to organize, plan, and lead is at the heart of her work as COO, where she handles everything from business bookings and social media management to operational logistics and creative space organization.

Outside of her professional life, ND is a proud Rhode Island native, Texan implant, happily married, and a devoted dog mom to two beloved pups. She and her husband share a love of adventure, often traveling and camping across the country with their dogs in tow—finding inspiration in nature, new places, and quiet moments under the stars.

In addition to her career and role in the art business, ND is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resource Management and a minor in Project Management at Southern New Hampshire University. She also serves as a volunteer leader for the African Americans & Allies Employee Resource Group at Keurig Dr Pepper, helping align employee engagement efforts with corporate strategy and cultural values.

ND is passionate about creativity, community, and making ideas happen. As COO, she brings a rare blend of empathy, efficiency, and energy to support the success of her friend’s artistic vision—proving that when art and organization meet, magic happens.
